You agree and confirm that the Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time without prior notice. Please ensure that you periodically update yourself with the current version of the Privacy Policy. Further, your continued access of the Website whether automated or otherwise, will signify your unconditional consent to and acceptance of the Privacy Policy including any modifications made from time to time, if any. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of companies or organizations that are not owned or controlled by Aarmee Solar. PERSONAL INFORMATION

• It is not necessary for you to provide Aarmee Solar with your personal information in order to visit and access the Website or read content that may be available publically on the Website.

• (b) avail Aarmee Solar Services and / or services provided by a Partner, as the case may be. It is hereby clarified that for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term ‘personal information’ may include information that can be associated with a specific person, and can be used to uniquely identify or contact a person such as name, username, password, phone number, email address, or any such other information as may be determined necessary to be obtained from you by Aarmee Solar from time to time. Provided, however, information regarding the physical attributes of your property, including building type, the details of the existing energy systems on your property, and other information that cannot be used to uniquely identify or contact a User does not, by itself, qualify as personal information.
• Aarmee Solar may also employ a third party vendor / service provider to provide payment facility to collect any fees and / or charges payable by you. Any information (including personal information) that you may provide to such third parties shall be governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of such third parties and contact the said third parties directly if you wish to learn more about their respective privacy policies and practices. We shall not store any of your financial information, such as your bank routing or account numbers, or your debit or credit card account numbers.

NON PERSONAL INFORMATION

• Aarmee Solar may collect certain information from you, including but not limited to domain name or IP address and other information, which cannot be used to uniquely identify or contact you, and does not, by itself, qualify as personal information. Further, additional non-personal information may be collected from you through the use of “cookies”, and other standard tracking technology such as pixel tags. Such non personal information may be used for the purpose of generating analytics, prepare statistical reports, track the services used, and pages visited by a you.

• Aarmee Solar may also use and analyze your information (including personal information) to run (or authorise third persons to run) statistical research to provide us support for our internal operations, contact you for marketing purposes, and determine the pattern of usage of the Website and any related services provided therein. •  We store information that we collect through log files, etc. to create a profile of our Users. This shall include but is not limited to log files record, Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, Internet service providers (ISP), referring / exit pages, Website and page sequences, platform type, date / time stamp, and number of clicks, equipment offerings and price quotations you receive and other such non personal information to analyze trends, administer the Website, track a User’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. It is hereby clarified that a profile is stored information detailing how individual Users use the Website.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

•  In addition to the terms contained herein wherein your information may be disclosed to Partners/third parties, we will disclose your personal information only in order to:

• (e) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues as may be deemed necessary by us.
• If you post information to an area of the Website (including discussion forums, blogs etc.) that may be accessed by other Users then you are put to notice that all information including any personal information provided by you therein may be freely reproduced, used, disclosed and distributed by other Users/third parties. You are solely responsible for any information you choose to post in such cases. Aarmee Solar shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever in relation to such information that you disclose and which may be used by third parties.

You may be also asked to follow certain verification protocol such as enter an OTP (one time password) sent to you by Aarmee Solar. CORRECTION OF INFORMATION

•  You can modify some of the personal information you have included in your profile, or change your password by logging and accessing your account. Upon coming across any change of personal information, the User may contact Aarmee Solar to correct, update or delete and deactivate our record of your personally identifiable information. Upon your written request,
• (i) Aarmee Solar will endeavor to make efforts to delete your account and the personal information in your profile; however, it may be impossible to remove your account without some residual information being retained by us (on both our active servers and backup systems).;
• (ii) Aarmee Solar shall promptly inform Partners, with whom your information has been shared, of your decision to delete your account, however Aarmee Solar shall not be responsible for ensuring that the Partners delete such information and shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you, either directly or indirectly, on account of Partner’s inability to delete your information. NON DISCRIMINATION POLICY

• Indian laws prohibit any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, handicap or other protected class. Aarmee Solar publishes this policy of compliance with the applicable laws and hereby states that Aarmee Solar does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, sexual orientation, or age, and refrains from retaliating against any person that files a complaint. This Privacy Policy includes our customers, clients, employees, and members of the general public that may receive, or are eligible to receive or benefit from our services and programs.
• Aarmee Solar has the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, to immediately remove any posting that discriminates or is any way in violation of any applicable law.

MISCELLANEOUS

• We, in our sole discretion may change our Privacy Policy from time to time. It is hereby clarified that all updates and amendments shall be notified only via posting of the amended Privacy Policy on Website, and that there shall be no separate notification which shall be provided to you. The updated Privacy Policy will be effective at and from the time Aarmee Solar posts it on the Website.
