Warranty Policy – Aarmee Enterprises
1. Nature of Warranty
All products sold by Aarmee Enterprises are covered under a limited offsite warranty, unless otherwise expressly stated. Under an offsite warranty, the customer is required to send the product to the company’s head office or authorized service location for inspection and service.
2. Warranty Registration & Proof of Purchase
Warranty services are applicable only upon submission of a valid invoice or proof of purchase. Where applicable, warranty registration by the customer is mandatory. Any service provided without warranty registration shall be treated as goodwill support and shall not create future liability.
3. Inbound Shipping Responsibility
The customer shall bear the entire cost and risk of shipping the product to the company. The product must be properly packed to avoid transit damage.
4. Transit Damage Disclaimer
Upon receipt, the product will be opened and inspected. In case of physical or transit-related damage, the customer shall be informed immediately. Aarmee Enterprises shall not be liable for any damage caused during courier transit.
5. Scope of Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing or functional defects only, subject to inspection. It does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, physical damage, wear and tear, or environmental factors such as water ingress or voltage fluctuation.
6. Repair First Policy
Warranty service is repair-based. Replacement is not automatic and shall be at the sole discretion of the company. Repair shall be treated as full warranty compliance.
7. Customer Cooperation
The customer must cooperate with troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures as advised. Failure to cooperate may result in closure of the warranty request.
8. Return Shipping After Repair
Once repaired or rectified, the product shall be dispatched back to the customer as per company policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the company’s liability exceed the original invoice value of the product. The company shall not be liable for consequential loss, business loss, or mental agony.
10. Goodwill Services
Any service provided beyond warranty terms or without documentation shall be treated strictly as goodwill support and shall not create any future obligation.
11. Jurisdiction
All warranty-related disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts or consumer forums where the company is registered.
